Inside and Out

Still I see
Another part of me
Undiscovered

I long so much
To let it out
But what will people think

Every day I put on a mask
To hide my imperfections
Why can't people learn their lesson
And accept me as I come

I want to fit in
But don't want to lose myself
Just to play in a silly game
called popularity

If only people could see
How the superficial really are

The pressures of the world
Seem to be on me some days
But I just sit and gaze on
the true me

This is me

Drama describes me
As far as the eye can see

Nature is my getaway
So pain and sarrow fade away

Dreams are there for me
To hope, reach and see

Popularity means nothing to me
For it is just stupidity

I don't strive to impress
I just want to pass the test

God is everything
So that I may be something

Go Away

I tell you to go away
But 15 minutes later your back
Bugging me even more
Sometimes you go over to another friend
But stay there 2 seconds
And back by me
But other times you cry
Because I told you to leave
So then I say
Oh, just grow up
Then you get mad
When I tell you to go away
So take your anger out on my friends
You say stupid things
That make no sense
So just go away
Life would be great
If you just got up and left
Me alone

Friends For Now

"I hate you" and "I love you"

Well I was trying to pick a good poem that I wrote recently that I liked. Well I clicked on this one and figured it was good. Until I read it. Then I thought man I was pretty mad when I wrote this one. Then I opened "I love you" I noticed I wrote it the same day. So I decided to put both on here. Because even days are hard things do get better.

I hate what you wear
I hate your hair
I hate what you say
I hate what you do
I HATE YOU
You are always on the other side
You’re never on my side
So that is why I hate you
I hate your smile
I hate your presents
For I hate everything about you
You make up lies
Like I’m controlling you
But I’m the one
Who has been asking you
I never made you do anything
You choice to be with me
I hate you
For that is all I can say
I can’t trust you anymore

The liar

Why,
Why this way
I just want to turn away
Ignore the problem
Act like it's not my fault
I want to lock my self away
Away from this slanerous fiend
That follows my every move
This monster grows and grows
And tortures my thoughts
I run and run
And can't get away
Afraid to get caught
I just can't stop
Its human nature
What is it no one can trust.
